Adam Cain

Adam has been immersed in music since he was a child. Raised in a musical family, he started playing on pots and pans at age two. He got his first drum set from Santa at age four and hasn’t looked back. Adam started playing some songs in his dad’s band while in elementary school. He spent his teenage years taking private lessons and playing in the school band as well as marching and jazz band. Solo and ensemble competitions were a highlight as well as receiving the John Philip Sousa Award.

Adam has been a part of various pit bands over the years, most recently with Northern Sky Theater. He’s currently in the bands Dorothy Scott & the Peacekeepers and Three Springs.

Adam accepts students of all ages and proficiency levels, and will tailor each lesson for whatever the student’s needs/wants are. Snare drum studies, rudiments and various drum set styles will be applied.

It’s always best to have a positive attitude because when you do, nothing can stop you from achieving your goals!
