Financial Aid at MUSE – Making Music Accessible for Everyone
At MUSE, we believe music education should be within reach for all students, regardless of financial circumstances. Our Financial Aid Program offers tuition assistance for music lessons, classes, and ensembles so that every learner has the opportunity to grow, create, and perform.
Applying is simple:
- Fill out the form below (which includes uploading your most recent Federal Form 1040 and a signature) and submit
- Share the teacher recommendation form link with your student’s current teacher (if applicable)
OR
- Download the MUSE Financial Aid Application (PDF).
- Fill out the form completely.
- Attach a copy of your most recent Federal Form 1040.
- Include a teacher recommendation supporting your application. (Page 3 of the application.)

For questions, please email us or call 920-333-2859. All applications are reviewed confidentially, and awards are determined based on need, merit, and extenuating circumstances to ensure funds are distributed fairly.
Applications submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month will be reviewed and a decision made by the last day of the month. All applications received after the 15th may be subject to the next month’s review.
