2. Ticket Purchases

2.1. All ticket purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by Muse.

2.2. Prices for tickets are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the website.

2.4. Once a purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

3.2. If an event is canceled, Muse will provide a full refund of the ticket price.

3.3. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 2 days of the rescheduled date announcement.

4. Event Changes

4.1. Muse reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to changes in the lineup, venue, and date.

4.2. Any significant changes to the event will be communicated to ticket holders via email.

5. Entry and Attendance

5.1. You must bring a copy of your e-ticket (printed or digital) and a valid ID to gain entry to the event.

5.2. Muse reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to, intoxication, aggression, or violation of event rules.

6. Liability

6.1. Muse is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred by attendees at an event, except where such liability is caused by our negligence.

6.2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on the Muse website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Muse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the website without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

8.1. By purchasing tickets on our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wisconsin, United States.
