Sara Mueller
Mezzo-Soprano, Belter
A proud Door County native, Sara Mueller is a mezzo-soprano belter and music educator with a deep love for vocal performance and a passion for helping others discover the joy of singing. As the current Director of the Door County Children’s Choir and a former middle school choir teacher, Sara brings years of experience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of music to her teaching.
Beyond the classroom, Sara draws on her diverse performance experience—including stage productions, weddings, holiday events, and other live performances—to create a dynamic and personalized learning experience for each student. Her voice studio is a welcoming space where singers of all ages and experience levels can build strong technique, develop confidence, and find their unique voice.
Sara believes that great singing is about more than simply hitting the right notes. Through individualized instruction, she helps students strengthen their vocal technique, explore their range, express themselves authentically, and develop a deeper connection to the music they love.
Whether you’re a beginner discovering your voice for the first time or an experienced singer looking to refine your technique and style, Sara’s warm, encouraging approach will help you grow as a vocalist while building confidence and a lasting passion for singing.
